Tom has replaced windows in my house on 5 occasions now and is always polite, tidy and conscientious. Today’s sealed unit needed a cat flap installing and Tom fitted this perfectly, as usual. I will definitely use Tom for any other window issues in the future. Thank you. 🐈⬛️
